How Custom Orders Work

  1. Choose the product and size or style.
  2. Add it to your cart.
  3. Complete the personalization form on the product page. Include colors, exact wording or names, design details, needed date, and the best way to contact you.
  4. Complete checkout. I will contact you if I need clarification or a proof approval.

Already-made items: Same-day or next-day processing.

Custom items: 3–7 business days, not including weekends. Timing begins after all details and any required proof approval are received.

Pickup, Local Delivery & Shipping

  • Pickup: Free at 7639 Hopewell Church Road, Pine Mountain, GA.
  • Local delivery: Free within 15 miles.
  • Shipping: Available within the United States. Orders are shipped using labels purchased through Pirate Ship.
