Shipping & Delivery

Order processing

Ready-made items are usually ready the same or next day. Custom orders take 3–7 business days, excluding weekends, after we receive all design details and any required proof approval. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. If you need an item by a specific date, contact us before ordering.

Free local pickup

Free pickup is available in Pine Mountain, Georgia. Select pickup at checkout and wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before coming to collect your order. Your notification will include the pickup address and instructions.

Local delivery

We offer free local delivery within 15 miles. Eligibility is checked using the delivery address entered at checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready to arrange delivery.

U.S. shipping

Available shipping methods and charges appear at checkout. Shipped orders are fulfilled through Pirate Ship. Carrier delivery estimates do not include our production time and are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Tracking details will be provided when your order ships.

Address corrections and delivery issues
