Dispatching Mama Customs is a family-owned business in Pine Mountain, Georgia. Ready-made items are generally processed the same day or next day. Custom and made-to-order items generally take 3–7 business days, excluding weekends, after all design details and any required proof approval are received. Please check the product listing for item-specific processing information.

Production time is separate from shipping transit time. If you need an order by a particular date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether your timeline is possible.

Free local pickup

Free pickup is available in Pine Mountain, Georgia. Choose pickup at checkout when available. Please wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before coming to collect your order. Pickup instructions will be provided when your order is ready.

Free local delivery

Free local delivery is available within 15 miles of our Pine Mountain location. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see whether local delivery is available for your order. We will contact you to coordinate delivery once your order is ready.

U.S. shipping

U.S. shipping is available. Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Carrier transit time begins after your order has been completed and handed to the carrier; it does not include production time. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Tracking information will be provided when your order ships. Please check your shipping address and contact details carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an address error or have a question about a delayed, missing, or damaged shipment, contact us as soon as possible with your order number so we can help.
